Women's Ministry

Bind us together. -Colossians 3:14

Our Purpose

Picture
The purpose of Cumberland Presbyterian Women's Ministry (CPWM) is to accept and share the love and joy of Jesus Christ through the ministry of women in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. We seek to do this as we pray, study God's Word, and reach out to others through mission, service, encouragement, and fellowship opportunities. This goal is accomplished through a diversity of ministries.

Our theme for 2025-2027 is "Bind Us Together" based on Colossians 3:14 (ESV): "And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony."
"Through the ministry of CPWM, we are bound not only by faith, but by love, support, and unity. The strength of our sisterhood is a living testimony to the Spirit moving among us. As we look ahead, I encourage you to invite someone new into our circle. There is always room for one more in this beautiful family."
~Rev Rebecca (Becky) Zahrte, Director of Women's Ministry
